Dislikes

What I dislike working for delta is the amount of time I spent a work. I am the only technician in the department who does motor mechanics and auto electrics at the same time, so in terms of breakdowns I am the supervisors first priority because of the sophistication of the vehicles (Mercedes Benz) we have in the organisation. This leaves me with less time for the family. Also there is little to no chances of personal growth as the company is reducing its work force due to economic hardship....Read More

Work Details

My work is demanding. The fleet we have is sophisticated and send them to dealers cost a fortune we have no option except to do it ourselves. As the in depth training is hard to come by, we take it upon ourselves to find fault on new vehicle models.
