Deloitte India office of Kolkata is fraught with favouritism, gender discrimination and toxic work culture. The learning experience from the team is least helpful as seniors don't like to assist from their own time. There are instances of retaliatory actions from senior employees contradicting the company policy. The managers do micromanagement and social conditioning when ample project work is not there for allocation. The churn rate among employees is high due to lack of team chemistry and antagonising collegue decorum.

no subsidised food. It's very expensive No policy of advance salary l/employee loan which is not good at all for people who belong to lower income group and require financial help so this is not acceptable.

Good culture, power packed environment of working, exposure to lot of things, above average pay, importance is given to the employee

Dislikes

Work life balance...you will see yourself only working as there will be no life left.I work on saturday and sundays as well...even though its officially off days.

The culture is amazing with lots of employee benefits. The leadership is also very inclusive and understanding.

Dislikes

Hikes and promotions are a little less than what should be expected. It's great for an experienced professional but for freshers it's not a good start from the salary side.
