...mpany ethics and culture has great values. People are treated with good respect. Hikes and Bonus, Job Satisfaction, respect between people. All this are great. The Company Ambience, Infrastructure, Inside the office is incredible. This place will teach you a lot of lessons for you in the life. It’s a great learning process.

Dislikes

The work life balance will be difficult at times in tax field especially during busy season. We don’t get enough time to take care of the personal things. That is the huge back drop. We need to make some adjustments with it. Like, we need to take care of our physical fitness mostly in off season say six months. In busy season we should try at-least 3-4 days to take care. Individual success depends upon the team he’s working rather than the organisation. His team plays crucial role in his/her achievements. If their team is not supportive, he cannot grow further. The same issue happened with me. I wish I would have Ben the part of other team. Some of my team people doesn’t like the way I am and not comfortable with me. Even though I used to make small mistakes they find it as biggest problems. They are not supportive to me from beginning. Things would have been different if I would have been the part of other team. I wish that would have happen. It’s not the organisation always but the team every time.

False commitment by seniors Low pay Long working hours Transfer of employees from DC(implementation) to DFO (Support) without their acknowledgement when asking senior to change offering they say this will set wrong example. I was a developer earlier now I work on tickets where learning is 0.

Flexible working style. 2 days a week Hybrid model.

Dislikes

No salary hikes at all. TLs says upskill to so that promotion or hikes can be given a thought. From past 2 years only (5 + 7) 12% yearly raised given by company regardless of good and improving performance reviews. It feels like these PR are total fake or like a scam.

Toxic management and slowly beginning its non flexible culture. Stopped all goodies, outing in the name of cost cutting. Only work matters for them. They trap workers in the name of promotion. Make them work harder on multiple projects

Many things can be learnt, good for skill development. New and advanced technologies as per industry standards.

Dislikes

Horrible work culture, no work life balance, salary not increased in my team (not sure about other teams), problem in infra as overcrowded place.
