...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

The culture differs from team to team and department to department but overall Deloitte's is quite good.

Dislikes

The Compensation is not apt. The increment is minimal. The work life balance takes a heavy toll during busy seasons. It affects your health as well

I love the work culture at Deloitte. My communication skills improved a lot . The senior management was very helpful at each and every step . I would love to work with Deloitte again

Nothing..except for the building and the look nothing is good..

Dislikes

...ke the company culture. Manager treats employee like a labour working for them. No respect, poor worklife balance, salary and work given to the employee doesnt match. Work given is of seniors level but salary given is literal peanuts..not satisfied..looking for job change.

Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
