People are good to work with, but not the policies. From which even wrong people can take undue advantage.

Job security, pay parity, learning within the team, respect for new team members, transparent about their promotion and other performance policy. biased towards some regional or social group, work life balance and respecting person's life stage and giving flexibility accordingly.

Likes

Deloitte is undoubtedly one of the best places to work in terms of culture and compensation. But the new leadership has turned it upside down. Now there is no work life balance

Like other corporates the only thing bother is politics.

The culture is amazing with lots of employee benefits. The leadership is also very inclusive and understanding.

Dislikes

Hikes and promotions are a little less than what should be expected. It's great for an experienced professional but for freshers it's not a good start from the salary side.

False commitment by seniors Low pay Long working hours Transfer of employees from DC(implementation) to DFO (Support) without their acknowledgement when asking senior to change offering they say this will set wrong example. I was a developer earlier now I work on tickets where learning is 0.

Toxic management and slowly beginning its non flexible culture. Stopped all goodies, outing in the name of cost cutting. Only work matters for them. They trap workers in the name of promotion. Make them work harder on multiple projects
