Depends on each team..I had an opportunity to work with 3 different teams over 4years. Out of 3 , I will say the work culture, team motivation, senior support was available in only 1 team..

False commitment by seniors Low pay Long working hours Transfer of employees from DC(implementation) to DFO (Support) without their acknowledgement when asking senior to change offering they say this will set wrong example. I was a developer earlier now I work on tickets where learning is 0.
