Terrible timings especially working with Gurgaon teams, they come very late and work all night Have to work for 11 to 13 hours a day Have to work Saturdays and some Sundays No job security, they will say budget constraints and put you in Plan to say good bye

...t's the greatest company since it is big4. but the reality is totally different.Long working hours, office politics, toxic work culture, no to very less hikes and pay scale band is the lowest .

The Culture and skill development and learning is very good in Deloitte.

Dislikes

Promotion and Salary is completely based on your rating given by team leader. So if you are working hard but your team leader is biased then you will get bad ratings which affects promotion and appraisal.
