Flexible working style. 2 days a week Hybrid model.

Dislikes

No salary hikes at all. TLs says upskill to so that promotion or hikes can be given a thought. From past 2 years only (5 + 7) 12% yearly raised given by company regardless of good and improving performance reviews. It feels like these PR are total fake or like a scam.

No more a place with good work culture, reduced quality ,pay not adjusted to market, becoming another low class service based company. If you are a fresher they will use you very badly just as a backup for the whole team shamelessly all the time without guiding you .

Dislikes

Not giving PTOs to female employees and torturing them. This has become worst. Targeting and putting entire qork on new team members shamelessly without guiding or training them in the internal DDAI vertical.

Work culture is very toxic, work life balance is poor too. Only benefit is compensation.

Apart from work company expects you to work for some volunteering tasks as well which makes your life hell. No work life balance.
