Promotions are perfectly biased and illogical No matter how you work you may not be recognized if you have even a slight argument with leads for their mistakes Most of the senior consultants especially some lateral hiers lacks technical her knowledge and tries to be bossy which is spoiling actual Deloitte environment They act as abstraction between you and your managers where your efforts are not appreciated Long work hours

...ples will delay your promotions and dont give you any reward that you deserve...they will be very sweet in front but will play their game when it comes to pay you back by recognition , applause or promotion.

Work life balance Compensation Favouritism Imposed Work from Office Deloitte on one hand shows that it cares a lot for its employees, but the immediate managers are so toxic and no one actually cares. So all the programs are just a show.
