Various technology. Growth. Good promotions. Increment is great. Bonus is also good twice in a year.

Dislikes

Work culture. Before commitment to client need to have some suggestions from technical person as well. Points are not valued. More task is on document, automation is missing.

1. Deloitte studio's culture is just awesome 2. Great organization in terms of learning new things, compensation, and other perks 3.Managers & Sr. Managers are friendly and we can share anything with them 4. Flexible work timings and no micro management

Work life balance would be better but still not that bad as it also depends on the project

Excellent opportunities to work in top companies, understand their business, approachable top level management, good company policies and fair appraisals

Salary is decent but career growth is slow it seems.

Politics, Pathetic Work life Balance, No Job Security, They can put you in plan for job reason. During peak season, you will be working for 7days a week. The culture has become toxic over the time. Everybody knows about the politics and who are involved. VP know what is happening, Cluster Leader is herself involved in this, Managers know what is happening. Managers are pressurized to keep people on plan despite of good work. They will will take you in your team and keep you there because your work is good and give you bad ratings. Deloitte is no more what it used to be. Good employes are leaving.

...You will get to work on good project and always a great opportunity to learn. 2. Salary and appraisals are good.

Dislikes

1. No work life balance as most of the projects have tight deadlines and people end up working 12 to 14 hours a day. 2. Micromanagement in some of the projects.
