Poor work life balance. On paper working hours is Monday to Friday, but in actual it is 7 days and any time i.e. 24x7x365. After reaching home, again need to open the laptop.

There infrastructure which they had built by giving less salary to the workers and more work

Deloitte dont care if you travel daily 3-5 hours to the client location even if you are sick they only think of client and client demand if for a hourly time track then you have to work and give the same at my time i was maintainly 12 trackers for client apart from work

1) Deloitte has the best culture by far. 2) Employee friendly. 3) many people would say bad things about deloitte that totally depends upon the project they are inn. 4) I was unhappy with my first project but the second project I got I was really and satisfied with the work.

Dislikes

1) Despite being a brand deloitte under pays. 2) Many people are satisfied with just the brand name and dont care about their pay. 3) People are too much lenient here they do more time pass then the actual work which is not good. 4) There is some kind of negative vibes that I use to get whenever I travel to their office in Powai. I would say work for 1 year here and find other opportunity.Your overall development would be screwed if you work here for long time.

The environment is very professional, roles are well defined and everyone knows what they are suppose to do, constant connect with manager will help you move in the right career path.
