...'s in any client calls. Make them to do everything they want related to project. End of day nothing we gain except salary not even minimum respect for the work Contractors do. They don't even inform if the project or contract is going to end, just directly drop an email saying we are ending the contract. Deloitte was my dream company and felt very happy when I joined here. But now feeling bad that why I joined here.

I like the way the company treats it's employees. We feel wanted. The compensation is better as compared against most of the Indian IT companies. There is frequent rewards and recognition provided for good job done. Also, your career ambitions are taken good care of by the managers. Promotions are well supported provided you do a great job at work. Till now the career with deloitte has been exciting for me.

There is very little onsite opportunity.

...garding the work which we done in the year then they start some cinematic story. Your salary is already high or outside market is done. Your are star performer in the whole year but still something is missing you are not a role model or when they give promotion by mistake Your name will not be in the list. Then manager says computer error.

I think the flexibility that Deloitte offers is amazing and as an employee, I am free to work from wherever I want to, and there is no micro management. The team is very professional and there is not much hierarchy.

Dislikes

The salary paid by Deloitte is not commensurate to the work. Appraisal, especially at Deloitte, India are not up to the mark and overall I believe you are underpaid significantly at Deloitte.

Deloitte has a pretty good structure when it comes to working. Benefits are better. The team gave a free hand on setting up time to work. The only they cared about is deadline, rest upto you to manage work.

Dislikes

Respect for job has decreased as well as the salary growth. Whereas the working timing are excessive.
