Work life balance Compensation Favouritism Imposed Work from Office Deloitte on one hand shows that it cares a lot for its employees, but the immediate managers are so toxic and no one actually cares. So all the programs are just a show.

...ent workforce- Deloitte has lost its charm. They are doing very pathetic hiring. People will no or irrelevant skillset are hired at low salaries. This basically put burden on old employees or the ones who perform well as projects are running because of them.

Worst experience. No hike , no promotion, management is poor.. only promotion to their people.. need to say yes for everything.. overtime, office hours is hell.. you have to work like ghost
