...BB in US market, but salaries don’t come close to what you get offered in MBB. Obviously hourly rates are different but in US, salary disparity is not that wide.

Salary and benefits are good. Its a age old company and the have many clients so you will get chance to work on various latest technologies

Work life balance is awful Getting promotion is very very tough

Deloitte usi is much better compare to Deloitte India. Job security slight better than othe Big4. However , atmosphere is changing

Compensation. Promotion, learning and supporting framework, leadership team.

The people at Deloitte. It’s all about them. The culture is great and they pay well. I feel If you are working in a consulting environment, you cannot complain about the work. You just enjoy work and take those disconnects to relax and refill. They are paying well so I don’t have any complaints

Dislikes

I would not say it is about Deloitte but yeah It is about a few people at the leadership level and I feel, people at that level should be honest and reliable because their decisions have a larger impact on employees.
