1. No work life balance as most of the projects have tight deadlines and people end up working 12 to 14 hours a day. 2. Micromanagement in some of the projects.

Salary was good and perks for employees are good.

Dislikes

Worst work management, all they need is work to be done irrespective of knowledge you had, if your are a java developer, they'll ask you write code in php and get it done ASAP. They say they'll follow agile methodology but in reality they follow spreadsheets and no billable hours given until you asked 100 times, in the mean time you'll get senior leader mails for not maintaining proper timesheets. Worst managers and worst projects. From my side don't go in the project called CALHeerS or FPACt

Salary, skill development, social recognition, party etc all are top class

Dislikes

Its a women leadership company. Favouritism and office politics are toxic. Too much wokism. Feedbacks are not direct. Coach and managers speaks with High sounding words, essentially means nothing. Unless you are aligned to their politics you are out

The people at Deloitte. It’s all about them. The culture is great and they pay well. I feel If you are working in a consulting environment, you cannot complain about the work. You just enjoy work and take those disconnects to relax and refill. They are paying well so I don’t have any complaints

Dislikes

I would not say it is about Deloitte but yeah It is about a few people at the leadership level and I feel, people at that level should be honest and reliable because their decisions have a larger impact on employees.

Although it's a project specific thing, but you can manage your work life balance in most of the projects for majority of the days. Company policies are mostly good from well being point of view.

Dislikes

...t. If you are a top tier MBA, Deloitte is definitely not a place for you now. 4. Salary is more than other Big4, but far less than other Tier A consulting firms. 5. Some of the P/D/ADs are very inefficient and slow in getting new client/project/doing regular job, and dependency on them is high. So many times you will get frustrated 6. Now there is nothing left in Deloitte to be proud of.
