Company takes very challenging projects, which are failures from other vendors, and takes it as a challenge for company's reputation. But forces all pressure to complete the project on the developers, in very short period of time.

Work life balance, Good pay, Friendly culture, Flexible timings, Good projects and Supportive Leaders in the company is something which I liked.

Dislikes

Some of the time is wasted in Useless trainings. Also, the feedback system should have been more transparent

Good chance of learning depending on project, less micromanagement than other consulting firm

Dislikes

The quality has gone downhill since 2018, pay policy, career growth has become worse since then.. Deloitte name doesn't hold much value like it used to

Work-life balance, very less incentive for working on weekends or on call, they will put you in any project irrespective of your skills, changing your project if you don't like it is next to impossible
