They pay better because attrition is high all the time, so much of PR that makes candidates feel like a fantastic company to work for.

Partners are the gods, every partner will do all their projects heavily dependent on 1 or 2 directors, so they become gods too, this company is famous for very poor work life balance so mostly behavioral issues found with these people, And if employees start talking about or escalating these issues the partners would shut the team members since they are too busy and not so much into team member health culture and majorly because they are heavily dependent on these 1 or 2 directors. All the managers used to say consulting world is like this you will get used to this. This is a very wrong attitude which the whole ladder encourages

The culture is amazing with lots of employee benefits. The leadership is also very inclusive and understanding.

Dislikes

Hikes and promotions are a little less than what should be expected. It's great for an experienced professional but for freshers it's not a good start from the salary side.

False commitment by seniors Low pay Long working hours Transfer of employees from DC(implementation) to DFO (Support) without their acknowledgement when asking senior to change offering they say this will set wrong example. I was a developer earlier now I work on tickets where learning is 0.
