1) I personally didn't like the way Upper management behaves 2) It's good to emphasize on learning but it shouldn't be like be a herd mentality. Just because you are paying us, that doesn't mean you can push people to take up FIs even when not mandatory and also do tones of mandatory courses, while at same time working for the client project. This is too dynamic situation, varying from person to person so have a hard rule doesn't work. They, of all, should know this. 3) No matter how streamlined any organisation is, you always have to be sugar sweet unnecessarily.

Nothing!! If you believe in a so called brand and happy to be part of that bubble who say I work in a big4 .. you might think again!

Almost everything!! Travelling 5 days a week after covid! Working almost 13-15hrs in office No office shuttle Working on weekends No hike! Where in which company you have seen where they increase your project allocation by month to month basis knowing the project is 5+years long! (Welcome to your big4) Managers verbally treat you unprofessionally! Company rum by bunch of hooligans from the industry!! They don't have families i think hence they are on 6+hrs of call!! Just go away even if you have any offers!

If you join as contact employee then you will not have any value in the company. They will assign you projects randomly not based on your skill set, previous experience or education background . Most of the manager will not have good attitude . No proper training for the team Mangers will hesitate to ask clarifications to client . Performance appraisal will not get genuinely. Mangers will involve mostly to give rating to team members and decrease the rating for silly reasons

one will feel insecure throughout, one would find it really hard to reach out for help, as all are too well versed with dumping it on others' shoulders. HR administration is running on auto mode. The work environment is highly negative on the work pressure side.

...e and the company thinks in multiple ways to reward and benifits it's employees. It thinks in terms of base salary, bonuses, rewards and recognition, well being, well being subsidy, health etc.

Dislikes

The only disadvantage would be the long working hours and multiple calls. Oh, also you would have to update them about each stock you buy , even if you trade.
