...agement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chiling. Company policies are good,appraisals are fair and they give good, salary hike and bonus every year

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 year before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. as a result i get to travel to abroad places

Compensation is decent but growth factor is very slow. the work pressure is also too high.

Worst worst work culture.... No work life balance you'll get. You have to work 15 hrs a day but your senior ask you work more.... Even then you'll get no recognition. They'll simply give bad remarks for how much work you did, which will affect your salary, promotion and bonuses. Life in deloitte purely depends on the team you are getting. But you have to be very lucky!
