USI job security is not there, especially for government and public services division. Job description/specification is not defined at all! Performance evaluation criteria is below par and job security is next to none/nil. Supervisors can give the work to do and then evaluate that - not wait for unknown work to be done and evaluate that emp. based on no work done when there is nothing at all to do. You're asked to show what's exactly done on each hour of your 9 hours a day - extreme micromanagement (when there is no work available or assigned to do).

Deloitte provides good compensation benefits and other facilities like 24*7 cafeteria.

Dislikes

Deloitte is an organization where the hard work, skills, talent doesn't count. Lots of internal politics and management unfortunately is not compassionate.

False commitment by seniors Low pay Long working hours Transfer of employees from DC(implementation) to DFO (Support) without their acknowledgement when asking senior to change offering they say this will set wrong example. I was a developer earlier now I work on tickets where learning is 0.

No salary hikes at all. TLs says upskill to so that promotion or hikes can be given a thought. From past 2 years only (5 + 7) 12% yearly raised given by company regardless of good and improving performance reviews. It feels like these PR are total fake or like a scam.
