I think the flexibility that Deloitte offers is amazing and as an employee, I am free to work from wherever I want to, and there is no micro management. The team is very professional and there is not much hierarchy.

Dislikes

The salary paid by Deloitte is not commensurate to the work. Appraisal, especially at Deloitte, India are not up to the mark and overall I believe you are underpaid significantly at Deloitte.

Salary and benefits are plenty. Work wise flexibility from Deloitte's side but depends more on client.

Won't support employees in case they're having issues with client. I joined Deloitte very recently and because of client issues, I am forced to leave the organization.

DHS provide very good pay as per industry standard also you will get very good exposure related to audit of listed clients.

Work load is too much at very quarter end and in month from Feb to June its very hectic routine
