Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

...lling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary. (No salary issues on time). 5 working days. ( Saturday & Sunday off) I recommend for whom is starting their career in creative field. Good for freshers there's is lots of talented & supportive good people's work here.

Dislikes

No free food. Night shift. No transport facilities for night shift. If you join here forget your health because 15 days day shift and 15 night shift for all male employees. (You will get Saturday Sunday off)

Dislikes

Salary was the only disappointment. It takes 3k+ money from ctc. I was so frustrated while joining Ad2pro. My ctc was 16500 bus i got only 13000 in hand. And the HRs are very worst the won't response properly after got relieved. They also ask to extern shift but no over time we have to extern for free..

Training is good. Friendly Teammates.

Dislikes

Salary is not as per market standard. Appraisal is also less. More politics depends on your manager. No work/life balance need to extend working hours if you are new joiners.

Job here in this company is very interesting.

Dislikes

...s more important to them more than employees safety. Work pressure is very high. You would not get your over time pay properly but you have to do Over time daily. Overall I would not suggest this company. You can't maintain work life balance in your life after you joined in this company.

Working 12 to 14 hours per day with out over time pay, Never expecting promotion and hike. lots of politics in teams
