...ork life balance at all , no respect at all given to employees, no compensation. Salary is extremely poor (maximum salary given is 25k to a 8 yr experienced)

Dislikes

The owner and all it's management are lier cheats , they lie and cheat with all its partner , they even cheated with bank. They will make you work for 12 hours with no extra pay at all.the company has no technology ,no data on its own , they only copy product , or buy duplicate products from other makers or buy from china and sell it by telling that it's made in Italy ,etc. You need to forget humanity , work ethics if you want to work here. No extra holiday is provided to the trainee. Only 1 holiday / month for the employees. Even if you are admitted in hospital they will make you work from hospital bed. Services provided to the customer is terrible.

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
