No likes on salary is and benefits is good. But they are also not given on time.

Dislikes

No work life balance, no salary on time, mismanagement, no appreciation, HR is of no help. Too much of long distance travelling mostly which concluded of no use . No time of working hours. Had worked late nights like 12am or 1am too.

...anager by reporting to MD, situation become like a car with four staring wheels. No job security, any body can be terminated without paying salary any time. At Della Donkeys teaches Horses how to win the race. Totally a joker company.

Pathetic company to ever work with, no work life balance, director is always abusing the employees, salary is delayed by 30-45days. No work timings, no OT.

Everything is worse there, that's why I left. Managers think they are the boss, boss think he's God.

...future then join this company. There no growth and there no respect to employee. Boss and HR can kick you out any time and they will block your salary.

They dont pay to supplier and expect purchase people to bring all material on time. There is no in and out time. Worst culture please for your family sake dont join this company

Staff. Every Monday there are about 4 to 5 new staff and every week 4 to 5 people leave the office.

Dislikes

Contractors office and not a qualified designer's office. Poor work system. Lengthy work schedule, no proper office timing, Saturday's half day means 5pm. No sense of talking, always abusing to staff.
