...ch of politics No recognition on your innovations Very less hike & no promotion No matching of salary according to market standards Contractors get more salary compared to full time employee So much of favourism Too much work & mental pressure They will not approve for internal job switch

No Hike, No promotion after working like anything.. Always have to heard about a sentence, “you have to be a smart worker”… Not sure what is the definition of smart work according to the Management.

The culture and work life balance at Dell is excellent. There are learning opportunities depending on the job role.

Dislikes

Due to constant layoffs the job security isn't there. Also, compensation should be improved.
