Good Salary and Benefits, work life balance no strict timings as long as you complete the work on time. Lot of opportunities to learn new skills and people who can mentor if needed.

Dislikes

Every Quarter there will be a panic about Layoffs. Anytime you think of getting promoted you will be moved to a new team, and they will call it a team restructure and your appraisal and promotion will be delayed.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA.
