Company specially in technical support line becoming worst day by day management do not want to listen.

... of micromanagement they are doing creating horrible environment on daily basis. I know one thing one day if people get any other opportunity even if at same salary they will leave. Good Salary and Benefits, work life balance no strict timings as long as you complete the work on time. Lot of opportunities to learn new skills and people who can mentor if needed.

Dislikes

Every Quarter there will be a panic about Layoffs. Anytime you think of getting promoted you will be moved to a new team, and they will call it a team restructure and your appraisal and promotion will be delayed.
