I am worked in DLF porur branch, Look wise its a royal and classy environment. Cafetaria food is ok not too bad. And we have a food court in that building itself so we are enjoy our treat and give away there. If you achieve ur target means they dont ask for locked hours. overall i have very good expierence in dell perot system and got good friends and good TL.

Dislikes

Only one week off (sunday). But in peak time (March to April) they call volunters for working in sunday. they consider sunday working person in appraisal. So sunday working person have an advantage in appraisal.

Company had a real MNC culture in it, had cushion for growth and providing opportunities. Work life balance was very good, though had to work on many weekends, never felt the pain.
