Yes if you get the work on your related then you are able to grow but if not then you have to work on what they ask for; else they terminate you. They are running what market need; if market need saleforce developer they hire them; when requirements end they terminate them … no issue as the company not get profit then how they will pay; but for that why you enter in saturate market without planning; instead of hiring fulltime; hiring contractual or part time ….

Dislikes

Don’t join by seeing the Decade; yes they are in market in 10 years but they actually working as a freelancer; so by seeing 10years old and by seeing 70+ employees in LinkedIn don’t join. Thy have actually 25-26 or less. Due to that they unable to introduce benefits like insurance and other .. . - If you joining in sales; the probation complete rate is just 1% - If you joining as for inside work like Digital Marketer n not hired by client; if u complete your probation; then you are secure for 1year; and after one year if your salary is more; then they told to resign voluntarily but they will give flexible time for 2-3month for grab a new job and release and if you get hike, well you secure for another year . Even I also work will small scale startup before but they have all thing in structure wise. . Here Rule is different; I will not say toxic as if you silent and you have project no one can touch you but growth is impotent as they have no proper structure. Be aware of : Low level Baniyaa Style Working (sorry for my word; but I have more friend Baniyas and I’m also inspiring from their business style but here they have not any preplan before implementing).. once your job is done they tell you to resign.. and as per rule they have to give basic of 2month but in some case if you ask; thy might be tell you to give terminate letter instead of experience letter . And and don’t trust any one here spl CEO; all communication should be in written and mail as the appraisal discussion and project update all…. Coz it will the backup if company do anything which was false about your performance or other you can show it as evidence …

The company provide a good work - life balance. Team is very supportive and understanding. The working environment is nice and flexible.

Dislikes

They does not provide any other perks like insurance, company tour, reimbursements for office meet ups.
