No salary increment - only 15k increment in 3 years Zero chances to promotion - I have 5 year experience but not any chance received to pramotion Jo apne manager ka chaplusi karega uska increment or promotion hoga, baki kam kitna achha ho koi fark nhi padta Yaha ka Kam to achha hai lekin jo yaha aaya wo yahi latak jayega increment or promotion change 0

No fixed working hours. In last mile operations, you'll be working 14-16 hours everyday, without any overtime or incentive. You'll be asked to load and unload vehicle like labourers. No personal life while you work in last mile operations at Delhivery.

I have learned lots of things and my communication skill and managing skills are better now. It was a nice experience. Thanks to the whole team of delhivery.

Salary... The only thing that i was not satisfied in this company. Other than it was nice experience.

1.HR management did not good. 2.At same location same designation salary CTC different.New staff CTC high and old staff CTC low. 3.some times company did not provide emergency medical leave on ground team. 4.Every G5 or ground staffs job not secure both on roll + off roll. 5.some time ground team 13/15 hrs working,but company did provide extra paid out.
