I fell proud for worked there Because my TL was very nice and guide person. Very nice Environment. My colleges were very cooperative and helpful person Nice work all are belong IT not any other work. .

Actually, there is no Job secure means, not permanent or enrolled pay .they prefer only offline employe(3rd party payroll). No salary improvement chance.

because the lacking of salary growth i want to leave from here.the most enjoyable part of work is while working on difficult task . i always love to difficulties.

Delivery is the best company's in logistic fild that is always open to innovation and ready adopts latest technology.workplace environment is mostly sutaiebl for employee

Compensation is decent ,but growth is slow .The work is normal but no one notice your working performance..

Nothing is good in this company, there is no work culture, no timings for last mile employees. Big zero.

...s. There is more than 12 hours nearly 18 hours of work no over time is provided. Very low basic salary for last mile workers. There will be more pressure in BBD. Company only thinks about profit nothing about the workers/employees.
