There is no proper route to set LM dept, Manager are out pressure in ground, they don't how to bring out from stress DC to non Stress, new joiner don't joine this company if u joined they will put in PIP in next before 2 months. Targetting to employees, partiality, and some old employees having one SOP and new joiner having on SOP. If new joiner done any mistake in training period, they saying SOP violence like that,worst culture,treating like ag slave,Planing for quit job better. And also they will want give anh proper training they give only rider / delivery boy like that training they provide.

...e you with award. If you are doing your job honestly you could growth here. Always on time salary. Leave policies are also very good.

You can't expect the work-life balance. They make you work more than 12 hours. Salary is lowest in the industry. Appraisal is almost none. Super pressureized job.

...ervice based industries.. the point is there are a lot of growth opportunities. Salary should ONLY be negotiated at the time of joining, cz appraisal is less compared to CC cashback.

Noticeable Biased monopoly of ground management. Toxic and corrupts Directors of the facility. Complex hierarchy.

It's one of the worst company manager or giving full pressure to executive because of they got 50k above salary so that they put over pressure and also they don't know the work on dhelivery through the manager and asking more questions regarding company one of the worst company and don't survey here it's waste of time only.
