Executives are like baits in this company for Managers, they take the credit for the sales achievements you are doing. Worst Sales Manager Sahul Hameed in Chennai Office. And his Senior Manager Shiladitya. They hired for some position and put us into different position after a month. They changes the rules every week. Along with that targets gets changed. HR team is just a joke here. They are just sitting in HQ (Gurgaon) and hiring random people to complete their targets. Services to the clients is very poor. Clients are complaining about the logistics services given by Delhivery. Company will force you to bring the targets, but they will fail to give the proper service to the clients we bring. Takle Sahil B, You need to change these things happening in your company, else your downfall will start. Sahul Hameed, guy is having only Diploma degree scold and humiliates MBA grads. which is totally unfair. He will ask you to share your Live location until the shift ends. He demanded us to come to office everyday before going to the field, which is a stupid idea of him. Wastes our time with his unwanted meetings and with his broken English ideas, strategies, blah blah. Sahul is literally a psychopath, will fight with his wife and show his anger towards us (executives). He don't go for field, but he will claim that he was on the field and helping the executives to his Senior Manager in front of us. Meeting after work hours, will go upto 8pm or 9, sometimes. Please, don't join this Chennai Location that too for Sales Role (FOS/NBD). Company is following Hiring and firing policy, so no job security. Seniors will blame on you and they will save their job. Don't join and ruin your career. Barbaad ho jayenge aap.

You work with the greatest of minds out there passed out from IIT/IIMs and with an extremely good work profile. There is also low room for politics as everyone concentrate on their work.

Despite being the top player in the Logistics industry, Delhivery is not amongst the pay masters.

No focus on client/customer problem, no customer support , no support to employees, No training, No problem resolution, clients are not satisfied with overall service and price, i will not recommend anyone to join this company, your job will be on stake within 6 month's of joining.

Delhivery has a goid on the job training process with a buddy system in place . Pay was good. Now becoming bad with time.
