Nothing is good in this company, there is no work culture, no timings for last mile employees. Big zero.

...s. There is more than 12 hours nearly 18 hours of work no over time is provided. Very low basic salary for last mile workers. There will be more pressure in BBD. Company only thinks about profit nothing about the workers/employees.

Work life balance for TL,Alt totally damage health because there was single person can handle entire day which was 5:30 to 8-9 pm. And continuously depression.

Volatile work environment, Structural changes every few months, Relatively high turnover, Specialisation is not considered - Senior managers take charge of segments without knowing the basics of the same.

Leave policy is good Can learn ground level operations and basic excel works. High understanding of logistics happen(only if ur in gateways)

...de unless ur fresher(that too for 15 days) Operations is worst place to work in. Salary compensation is less compared to other companies. No proper infrastructure. Micro management. Don't join if it comes to your campus placements

We are transferred from FedEx to Delhivery under a contract. No such special feeling for the company. Just a job to survive, because no other second option right now.

Working in tin shed warehouse during Summers +45°c No night allowance No travel allowance No Deewaali bonus.
