...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Nothing I loved or liked at this company as very bad experience and always felt avoiding on benefits and holidays leave

Un systematic work and un experienced team leads and non appraisal on salary and benefits ,bad seniors and top level managers who were never asked any opinions or any supports .also they were always need company goals only never follows empathy in between staffs

There is no proper route to set LM dept, Manager are out pressure in ground, they don't how to bring out from stress DC to non Stress, new joiner don't joine this company if u joined they will put in PIP in next before 2 months. Targetting to employees, partiality, and some old employees having one SOP and new joiner having on SOP. If new joiner done any mistake in training period, they saying SOP violence like that,worst culture,treating like ag slave,Planing for quit job better. And also they will want give anh proper training they give only rider / delivery boy like that training they provide.

I would say job security is quite good ...while the work culture during covid times has been horrible considering the travel difficulties we have to face ...the management is quite good.the work environment is good and the teammates are quite supportive...the bonus we get is something which is very bad...and also and the bonuses are very bad.also the fact that we don't have ny option saying it for chilling maybe cafetaria or something.

Politics to be first .salary is ok and growth is very slow.
