No work life balance, management has no idea about ground realities. No body to take responsibility at critical situation, all need to be handled by sales team. No proper training. You have to work 24x7 where management enjoy there holidays. No planning only pressure to make profit.

Delivery Pvt Ltd is very nice for employers because time to time pay to salary and he gaves to performance bonus to employ.

His leakage point is senior not support to juniors. Because non of employe will be fraud with company.

It's one of the worst company manager or giving full pressure to executive because of they got 50k above salary so that they put over pressure and also they don't know the work on dhelivery through the manager and asking more questions regarding company one of the worst company and don't survey here it's waste of time only.
