No work life balance, management has no idea about ground realities. No body to take responsibility at critical situation, all need to be handled by sales team. No proper training. You have to work 24x7 where management enjoy there holidays. No planning only pressure to make profit.

You will find Delhivery a very healthy place to work. Amazing management and team. Like minded people who will inevitably focus on creating a better brand together and help each other in building the same. Delhivery has played a significant role in changing my personal skills as well. People, culture, commitment towards employees, approachability to management, constructive feedback to juniors and seniors both makes it an amazing place to work.

There is a need of improvement in work life balance for employees and timely compensation correction.

Noticeable Biased monopoly of ground management. Toxic and corrupts Directors of the facility. Complex hierarchy.

It's one of the worst company manager or giving full pressure to executive because of they got 50k above salary so that they put over pressure and also they don't know the work on dhelivery through the manager and asking more questions regarding company one of the worst company and don't survey here it's waste of time only.
