Nothing is good in this company, there is no work culture, no timings for last mile employees. Big zero.

...s. There is more than 12 hours nearly 18 hours of work no over time is provided. Very low basic salary for last mile workers. There will be more pressure in BBD. Company only thinks about profit nothing about the workers/employees.

Work life balance for TL,Alt totally damage health because there was single person can handle entire day which was 5:30 to 8-9 pm. And continuously depression.

...ll duty taken by delhivery is 14 to 15 hours and no overtime will be considered. Salary is very low. System software is very old and not responding.

Really enjoyed here learned a lot of things about supply chain and develop my skills day by day.. Doing smart work with smart working tools and gadgets. In the delhivery lots of option available for development skills and learn a lot of new things. Appreciate there training process. Happy to part of the this awesome organization.

...re no fix timing. Company need to change there promotion and appraisal process. Company given a best salary package to fresher and new joiner but given minimum salary to there old employees

Executives are like baits in this company for Managers, they take the credit for the sales achievements you are doing. Worst Sales Manager Sahul Hameed in Chennai Office. And his Senior Manager Shiladitya. They hired for some position and put us into different position after a month. They changes the rules every week. Along with that targets gets changed. HR team is just a joke here. They are just sitting in HQ (Gurgaon) and hiring random people to complete their targets. Services to the clients is very poor. Clients are complaining about the logistics services given by Delhivery. Company will force you to bring the targets, but they will fail to give the proper service to the clients we bring. Takle Sahil B, You need to change these things happening in your company, else your downfall will start. Sahul Hameed, guy is having only Diploma degree scold and humiliates MBA grads. which is totally unfair. He will ask you to share your Live location until the shift ends. He demanded us to come to office everyday before going to the field, which is a stupid idea of him. Wastes our time with his unwanted meetings and with his broken English ideas, strategies, blah blah. Sahul is literally a psychopath, will fight with his wife and show his anger towards us (executives). He don't go for field, but he will claim that he was on the field and helping the executives to his Senior Manager in front of us. Meeting after work hours, will go upto 8pm or 9, sometimes. Please, don't join this Chennai Location that too for Sales Role (FOS/NBD). Company is following Hiring and firing policy, so no job security. Seniors will blame on you and they will save their job. Don't join and ruin your career. Barbaad ho jayenge aap.
