Getting salary is on time. During COVID we got salary and it helped us sustain our commitment. Thank you delhivery for that. Salary crediting before month end.

Not fulfilling promises. Breaking promises Delivery boys jobs are not safe No timings. Even no OT. No leaves during festivals

I truly didn't like the culture, worklife balace, appraisal, skill development either, only job security is the solo thing that is good in this because they don't have good appraisal and politics among company is too much which indirectly causes dissatisfaction among employees according to their caliber, neither they provide good salary, also promotions and appraisal is too bad in the company, I would never suggest anyone to join it if person wants his/her mental health to be good.

Only good thing about this company is salary comes on 4th of every month.Nothing else to like in this company.

Delhivery is the worst company I've come across till date especially the employees working at the ground level.I was posted as a Team Leader in Pune Kesnand DC and the work culture over there is worst for the new joiners both male and female.There is no fixed timing.I have even worked for 14-15hrs at a stretch for days without food all alone.Pune Kesnand DC has no proper drinking water facility which is a basic amenity.Nepotism is at its height.The current employees (Santosh Baburao Zombade(ATL), Shivkumar Panchal, Manish Lonkar, Shivmurti Jadav, Shubhadeep Dutta (Field executives) to name a few, are the people you will come across if ever someone lands a job in this place.They are going to torture you in every way possible.So,my suggestion would be if ever you hope to join Delhivery give it a second thought.The company doesn't care about the well being of its employees and there's no safety for girls.I travelled all alone at night when there was no transportation available from my office location because it was a village cum slum area.The employees there belong from slum areas as well & being uneducated,they treat a female employee also in the worst manner possible.
