... are looking court work and appearing before the hon'ble court on regular basis. There is no hike for the advocates who are working hard and improving themselves day by day for betterment. No motivation given to the employees.

It is good learning experience of working of criminal cases and the concept of making this organization is really good.

Dislikes

...lawyer is per day duty and regular lawyer is monthly duty. the workload is huge. there is no other incentive given by the organization except salary (regular lawyer) or wage (in pool lawyer).
