Delaplex experience completely depends on the team we work with, the client we work for and how useful resource we are for the company. Based on that it varies and based on that Initial one year was really a good experience as team members and leads were wonderful. The processes were well set and work culture was superb.

Dislikes

Job Insecurity Less salary compared to the skills, years of experience and contribution. No yearly bonus or benefits Current work culture -Regular weekend work and multiple instructions from different lead/managerial resources due to disagreements or whatsoever reasons.

Not good for freshers. They don't have proper planning and training for freshers. Yearly salary is below 3 for freshers. No hybrid or work from home. No perks or bonus.

I don't like anything, So much politics goes on if you are shoe licker, or you don't want to work aynthing then this place is for you. only 3-4 people get all work they don't include anyone else in work.

Dislike all. 1) Poor work culture and lack of professionalism 2) Lots of internal politics 3) Toxic work culture 4) No hiring procedures, they only hires, and after that they don't care 5) They don't even know why they are hiring even there are no projects 6) Glassdoor not allows to add review Stay away from this company if you have another offer even in less salary don't join this company

The work environment is really good and friendly. You will be given enough time for trainings and to improve your skills. There are many opportunities if you are capable of handling them. Team bonding is good.

Dislikes

No appraisal. No appreciation for your hardwork.

Likes

Variety of work and people, travel, flexible work hours during non-event days. Versatility of being able to do a variety of tasks. Being able to work virtually. Having a forward-thinking, supportive company that realizes employees are their greatest asset.

Dislikes

As such didn't observed anything which I dislike. When ever has any concerns or doubt can get discussed and clarified with management.
