This is not a company, In Dehat there is no managers all are officers, There is no job security in Dehaat. DeHat hired employees and after 6 months HR call to give resignation.

Nothing is any for like in the organisation they will offer good salary ,after your are not eligible for for last salary which you had received before Dehaat , nothing is any skill development and they kills your all skill and learning .

Wrist experience here, every where have only politics,no one focus to his work, always trying to blame another. Owners are focused only sales. Other department nothing for him.
