No Accomodation, No bus , Bonus cutting from salary pck no extra bonus, senior person working on same post so no promotion on higher level, Just take experience and move on insurance only 1 lakh but only sanction 50k

they give us online learning tasks for self developement and improving skills,before lockdown company give us training on behalf of COVID-19 and company have developed atmosphere and awareness for the employees about this pendemic, In working culture the company provides us motivation,guidence through higher authorized persons,we are free to develope our ideas and establish it with the guidance of seniors.

%increase in sallery is low as new employees we see in our down level comes with higher or equal package , also they are giving less responcibility as compared to old employees and given higher packages

JOb security is poor because on name of coust cutting they can directly intimate to employes , you should search another job because ur sallary is higher you should search another job within in one month

Good work life balance, IJP's exists. HQ at non-metro attacks low rentals. Sat/sun off in HQ. Health insurance (though subsidized only). Variables paid, appraisals happen every year ( though get delayed by a quarter till June).

...rganisation faster for the good work you do, then this is not the place for you. But if you're interested to just pass few years to get a tag of a billion dollar company & move on, then Come, enjoy your salary! Advice: if you're type-II person from the above recommendation, then negotiate hard for your salary. Barodians are preferred & paid well, obviously for stability reasons (they won't leave co. sooner). If you're getting hired from outside location then consider your profile unique & key to the company. Outsiders are paid even well.. HR will play all tactics, you just need to be patient to not fall prey to it (E.g. 30% is std raise, we've a candidate in backup if you don't accept, cost of living is low in Baroda, etc.). Don't back off until you're fully convinced on monetary compensation. They pay, just be patient. Good luck!
