Management never think about lower management. No growth in lower management. Upper management get 2/3 of salary and lower management get 1/3 of salary. Bellcurve is very horrible. Here new joiners get better salary than old people. No values for employees.

Salary is time to time credited. But when I'm leave the company, in notice period hr staff behavior is very rude and not support to know notice peroid time. I have done 40 days of notice period and other I am agree to pay notice period. I paid all my payments and he tell that your all latter are sand to my address. When I see my letter, compny hr written in my latter that i am not present in duty that reason compny suspend me.... So I'm all my full and final due is complete but my latter is wrong type written b. Coz they tried my career effect bad in future.
