Management never think about lower management. No growth in lower management. Upper management get 2/3 of salary and lower management get 1/3 of salary. Bellcurve is very horrible. The people who don't know you decide your rating. Some times rating is given in the base of your face and your relationship with your boss. You need to do yes sir yes sir... Here new joiners get better salary than old people. No values for employees.

There is no interest in working because the salary is very low compared to the work. And The salary of the company is low for the people who have been working loyally for the last four to five years.

Salary is time to time credited. But when I'm leave the company, in notice period hr staff behavior is very rude and not support to know notice peroid time. I have done 40 days of notice period and other I am agree to pay notice period. I paid all my payments and he tell that your all latter are sand to my address. When I see my letter, compny hr written in my latter that i am not present in duty that reason compny suspend me.... So I'm all my full and final due is complete but my latter is wrong type written b. Coz they tried my career effect bad in future.
