There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address or issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 1 year before which you cannot resign. And they are not paying full salary becouse of covid reasons.

The people who don't know you decide your rating. Some times rating is given in the base of your face and your relationship with your boss. You need to do yes sir yes sir... Here new joiners get better salary than old people. No values for employees.
