As I started my first job in Willowood Industries Private Limited, Dahej as a GET. After 1 year , I was promoted as a Officer in Process Engineering Department. In this time period , I have learned much new skills and gain lot of knowledge in my core Engineering field. And also learned, how to work with cross functional team.

Till now, I never feel uncomfortable or insecure in organisation, so everything is fine, nothing to dislike.

Nobody was focused on streamlining the process and resolving daily problems, and if you educate them how to utilize the system, they would give you whole responsibility for implementing it without any help. JD was not decided.

Exposure to work at upper level, erection & commissioning experience . New molecule studied & implemented then stabilise at large scale.

Work culture, internal culture, process safety not implemented & long travelling issues.

Very poor managenent.. No proper technical team available for project work.. Less project expirence... Plant design problem/Material problem/ Proper Contractor not available.. No planning and No vision.. AC Bus facility provided but many time AC not working/Bus breakdown at middle of Road, etc.. No canteen facility/wash room facility.... Overall worst Project... Zero safety...
