Team mates and boss are too much supportive and also I do like to be as PD trainer.

From last January (2020) they are not paying our salary as we worked for three months without any pay...still they are not taking things serious.

Salary never atleast they take 3 month time then they will give you 1 month salary Even they will hire junior in more salary. Nothing you will regret after getting this job

Job security is poor and work culture is very good with coordination of management,Career growth and financial growth will not be there,And professional only there in DDUGKY.My intention according to proffetion there must need financial growth also then only satisfy and will do more efforts in working.
