If you are a person looking for work life balance and you are a developer, I don't suggest Dedalus for you. Like most of the companies here also have work pressure, weekend support sometimes, and not better appraisals.

You can learn here if you are fresher and willing to put more hours

Dislikes

You have to work daily atleast 11 hours daily. Management doesn't care about work life balance. Communication is not in English Cannot improve your communication skills. Have to support on weekends.

Work life balance and comfortability for developer teams.

Dislikes

Work life balance is not good for QA and favouritism is still there for the experienced people inside the company. No adaptation of new technology and difficult to upgrade the career. Good only if you staying in the company for more number of years and can learn the product and knowledgeable but not in career to learn more tools.

No value of employee, manager can talk to you in any way in entire office, no work culture, HR will not support you in against your manager,no matter how bad your manager behaved with you. Opportunity only for manager, not for employees, even they will not give you work as per your JD, no matter how much technical competent you are. Just hell ccompany. I you have self respect please never join this company, because your self respect can be crushed anytime by your manager.

I learnt well the process in a IT company and project developments. Job security is Ok.

Dislikes

Employees performance evaluation is poor, company will keep the employee without benefits/promotions for many years. Not recommended if you are nice & gentle person. You need to fight or beg for your benefits.
