while working in Decon , i learnt alot on it circle projects , if you are working with in a team then , your team lead are best here, but at central level , chance are rare to explore your self.

unfixed hours of working , late salary timing , per-motion criteria not fixed, some get with in 6 months and some not even at one year , Management hierarchy very very confusing etc.

...ke that credit and if you don't fulfill requirement then they only blame on you. they dont give salary on time . not provide proper resource to field team and cut their expanses and salary. i have 10 year experience in telecom sector as a project manager but this the most worst company i have experianced

Salary not get timely, all management are very bad behaviour with his employees Company owner Atuj Jain he only give abuse all his management , no any bonus policy in this company

Decon is such a worst company I have ever worked with they only know how to deduct the salary of an employee.There is no security for job also.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address employee issues.carrier growth is too slow.
